"Refund dragged on way too long"
I sent my order back and thought the refund would be straightforward, but it just dragged on for weeks. I kept checking my email every morning, even the spam folder, and all I had were these same little thread replies with no real update. The return was already in their hands, tracking showed it delivered, and I still had to keep emailing to ask where my money was. Super frustrating experience.

I did end up finding the replacement part I needed, so that was good. Relief. The stock info was a little confusing though, and I wasn’t totally sure what was actually available at first. Shipping also took longer than I expected. Meh. Overall, I got what I needed, just not as quickly or smoothly as I hoped

"Shipping felt way too high"
I was about to place an order on bestnest.com, but the shipping cost kind of threw me off. Maybe I missed something, but it looked like it was almost as much as the item itself. I ended up canceling the order because I just couldn’t justify it. Frustrating

"Checkout totally ruined it for me"
I was literally just trying to buy a bird feeder, and the checkout turned into a whole thing. After I entered my card, it just kept spinning with no real error message, then dumped me right back on the same page like nothing happened.
Then the shipping price suddenly looked higher than it had a minute earlier, and somehow the quantities in my cart changed too. I had to enter my address twice, which made the whole process feel even sketchier and more frustrating.
Maybe their products are actually nice, but since this just happened, the checkout experience is really the only thing sticking with me. I ended up leaving because I didn’t feel confident it was going to charge me correctly.

"Good selection, but a little mixed"
Has a decent range of stuff, especially bird feeders and garden things. Liked browsing around, but some of the categories felt kind of scattered, and a few products looked almost the same. Prices weren’t always easy to compare either. Not a bad site, just didn’t totally wow me. Would probably check it again if I was looking for something specific.

"Delivery was a little unpredictable"
I ordered from BestNest.com and the item did arrive, but it came later than the date they originally gave me. The tracking was kind of vague too, well, not totally useless, but it didn’t update as much as I expected. The product itself was fine once it got here, I just wish the delivery part had been a bit more reliable.

"Really poor communication"
I reached out to BestNest about my order and didn’t get much of a clear response. I had to keep following up, and it never really felt like anyone was actually trying to help me sort it out. The products might be totally fine, but the customer service was frustrating enough that I don’t think I’ll order from them again.

My order got here quickly, which was nice, but umm, when I opened the box one of the items was damaged. Customer support was alright and they helped, but it was still kind of annoying to have to deal with.

My order wasn’t right and had the wrong items in it. It’s not even about that as much as the fact that I had already waited for it, so finding out it was messed up was frustrating. I did email about it, but the whole thing still felt like a hassle.

"Packaging was disappointing"
I ordered a few garden items from BestNest.com, the packaging was disappointing. The box showed up half crushed, with one corner already open, which immediately made me wonder why it was even shipped like that.
Luckily, nothing was completely broken, but there were scratches and loose parts rattling around inside. For what I paid, I really expected better packaging, and it’s irritating having to deal with this when it should’ve been done right the first time...

"The descriptions just didn’t give me enough to go on"
I don’t think I was being picky, but while I was browsing a few things on BestNest, the product descriptions felt bare. I wanted basic details like the exact size, what actually comes in the box, and how one version is supposed to be different from another. Without that, I just didn’t feel comfortable placing an order. I’m sure it’s fine if you already know exactly what you’re buying, but for someone trying to compare options, it really didn’t help much.

"Not worth it"
I really wanted to like this, but it just wasn’t worth the money. The materials felt cheap right away, and it broke way faster than I expected. I also had a simple request for help and it felt like it was completely ignored, which made the whole experience even more frustrating

"Okay site, but a bit frustrating"
The site is alright, but it definitely isn’t as easy to use as I expected. I did eventually find what I was looking for, but the menus felt crowded and a few pages took longer to load than they should have.
Checkout was fine once I finally got there, but the whole experience felt a little careless, like nobody really checked whether things were smooth for customers. Not the worst site, but it could use some attention.
